Getting in

Three seconds and you're in.

Open the appYour QR code is in the "Účet" (Account) section, top left.
Hold it to the readerThe reader is right next to the entrance door.
Walk in and trainThe door opens. Entry is possible daily from 5:00 to 20:30.

App questions

Can I buy my first membership in the app?

No. New clients first register in person — message or call us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a meeting. The app is for registered members to get in and renew their membership.

Is the app free?

Yes. The app is free to download — you only pay for your membership.

Do I need internet to get in?

No. Your QR code is shown even offline.

My QR code doesn't work. What should I do?

Check that your membership is active and turn up your screen brightness. If that doesn't help, contact us on WhatsApp.
